Working closely with the internal team, our role has been to evolve JD’s retail concept into adaptive signatures that respond to location, audience, and ambition. Across flagship sites, we’ve introduced strategies that allow each store to feel uniquely of its place while remaining unmistakably JD - whether through spatial zoning, locally inspired materiality, or tailored digital moments.

From Paris to Manchester and New York, our work has spanned experience planning, spatial hierarchy, and integrated digital touchpoints.
